Our main aim is to develop renewable energy projects in the South West of England. We want to be the bridge between investor and landowner, and in a position to select suitable sites, liaise with land owners, local planning authorities and DNO’s, to source the hard ware and to manage the construction process.
In our models we will always try to return the maximum amount of revenue to the land owner. We are always happy to consider tailor made solutions for every particular situation and to adapt the model to the land owners wishes.
Due to the dynamic world of changing Feed in tariff’s, changing technologies, and economics, we have to adapt our models on a very regular basis, and we will surely continue to do so.
Currently we are looking for the following:
Sites of 5 – 80 ha for multi Megawatt ground mounted solar installations. These sites have to be in the South of England, have access to a 33 kV power line, and ideally be not too far from an existing substation.
Existing buildings (or sites with planning permission in place) with 3 phase connection, and built to industrial building standards to fit 50 kW solar systems before 1/7/12.
Sites for wind turbines (Devon and Cornwall only)
